Yes, but anyone who keeps "Kompirin" between olive oil and vinegar in their kitchen knows that it can turn any dish into a healthy one by loading it with super beneficial keto acids. Instead of feeling bad about wanting to eat another slice, make your own Kompirin pizza dough at home.

Necessary products:

3 hours flour (+50-100g when kneading)

200 ml. Potato

7 g dry yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

Method of preparation:

The potato is warmed and removed from the heat. Yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar are added to it. The mixture is left aside for about 10 minutes. The flour is poured into a large bowl and the potato mixture with activated yeast is added to it. The dough is kneaded until it becomes soft and does not stick to the fingers. It is left to rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (to speed up the process, you can leave it in an oven heated to 30 degrees for about 30 minutes). The finished dough is spread on a greased tray and covered with filling according to your taste and desire. In two words - nothing different from the classic recipe for preparing pizza dough, with the difference that instead of water we use "Kompirin" potato juice. It is important to note here that you can replace water with "Kompirin" in any other recipe for making bread, cakes, scones, etc.
